All submissions must include the author's full name & telephone number. You can contact your program Chairpersons to give them your articles or e-mail them to HSCNewsletter@googlegroups.com
The deadline for all articles is the 15th day of each month. Newsletters will be published on the 25th day of each month.
All flyers must be pre-approved by the appropriate Board member or chairperson(s) and must be submitted to the Board or Committee Chair(s) before the next board meeting.
Free Classifieds: Huggers (members only) can advertise items for sale or rent, free of charge in this newsletter. Such ads will be published when space is available for a maximum of three months. All items being sold or rented must be member-owned property. Send your classifieds to the email@example.com.
Paid Ads: An ad based on a member's business card can be published at a cost of $96/year. The cards must be in a horizontal format. Cards may be reworked slightly to make them more legible for publication. Ads deemed
inappropriate will not be published.
