This page is intended to help Club members and those interested in Huggers Ski Club with matters that occasionally arise. If you have questions that aren't answered here, please send an e-mail to the HSC Communication Committee.

If you've moved, changed phone numbers or if any other of your contact info changes, PLEASE keep us informed so that you'll continue receiving email and so that we'll have a current phone number for you.

To make changes, please use the Membership List Changes Form.  You can navigate there by selecting the "Membership List Changes" option under the Members menu on the website or by clicking here.

Managing Club data is a full-time task.  Using the form ensures that all individuals who are involved with Club data will be made aware and can take the appropriate action.

We usually post upcoming scheduled events on Meetup.com but you can click here to see them posted on the calendar.

If you'd like to coordinate an event, please check with a Board member.

Finally, for active members only, send a message to the Club email at hscmail@googlegroups.com or view all past emails by clicking here.

If you have any questions about your membership, please contact the Membership Chairperson via email at HSCMembership@GoogleGroups.com. Better yet, if you're logged into this website, select 'Other' on the Membership List Changes page and submit a description of your need.

You can control the way messages are delivered to you by following the instructions on the email help page. Select the option that best fits your needs. You can change this setting as often as you'd like. NOTE! If you make a change, be sure you click the [Save these settings] button before leaving the page.

Our Huggers Google Calendar has been created for Club business and events. The calendar includes events for:

  • Meetup.com events
  • Cross Country Skiing - XC Skiing
  • General Events - General Meetings and similar events
  • Pacesetters - Walking, Hiking & Snowshoeing
  • Paddle Power - Canoeing & Kayaking
  • Pedal Power - Bike rides
  • Social Events - Happy Hours, picnics, card games, etc.
  • Board of Directors - (Board members only) Board-related events & meeting schedules
