How do I change my personal info on the HSC Membership List?

If you've moved, changed phone numbers or if any other of your contact information changes, PLEASE keep us informed so that you'll continue receiving email and so that we'll have a current phone number for you should any emergencies arise.

To make changes, please use the UPDATE PROFILE link of the "Hi [user-name]" menu.

Managing Club data is a full-time task.  Using the form ensures that all individuals who are involved with Club administration will be made aware and can take the appropriate action.

How do I find others with whom to share activities?

We usually post upcoming events on Meetup.com but you can click here to see them posted on the calendar.

If you'd like to coordinate an event, please check with a Board member.

Finally, for active members only, send a message to the Club email at hscmail@googlegroups.com or view all past emails by clicking here.

I just joined or renewed and haven’t heard from anyone about my membership.

If you're an active member (dues paid), you should be receiving the newsletter by way of HSCMail@googlegroups.com. If you're not, follow the instructions on the email help page.

I’m receiving too many e-mails from the group or wish to change delivery options.

You can control the way messages are delivered to you by following the instructions for "Have you checked the email delivery options?" on the Member Email page.

Select the option that best fits your needs. You can change this setting as often as you'd like. NOTE! If you make a change, be sure you click the [Save these settings] button before leaving the page.

What are the guidelines for taking photos in a public place?

According to the American Civil Liberties Union, "When you are lawfully present in any public space, you have the right to photograph anything in plain view, including federal buildings and the police."
